What is Lake Worth Beach Park?
Lake Worth Beach Park is the city's main public oceanfront beach, set around the historic Casino Building and the William O. Lockhart Municipal Pier. It offers lifeguarded swimming, a boardwalk, picnic areas, restaurants and chair and cabana rentals, making it the heart of any Lake Worth Beach visit.

About Lake Worth Beach Park
Lake Worth Beach Park sits on the barrier island at the east end of the Lake Avenue bridge, a short drive or bike ride from downtown. The beach has soft sand and clear Atlantic water that is popular for swimming, sunbathing and sandcastle building, and it is one of the closest public beaches to downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.
The park is built around the restored Lake Worth Beach Casino Building, a Mediterranean Revival landmark with shops and restaurants, and the long fishing pier that is a favorite sunrise photo spot. A paved boardwalk runs along the dunes, and there are playgrounds, picnic pavilions, outdoor showers and restrooms.
In winter, the beach complex hosts free evening bonfires with live music and a night market on select Fridays, one of the best-loved local traditions.
